New Insurance Submission Requirements — Enforcement Date Extended
Due to the recently approved revision to the language in Section F.6.d. of the UIIA and the need to modify the ACORD 22 form, the UIIA will continue to accept the ACORD 25 certificate of insurance form on a case by case basis should an agent be precluded from issuing the current ACORD 22 form.
