Basic Properties

Field Set — This is where you set the fields that you wish to include on your report. There are three standard options and one customized option (YOUR FIELD PICKS) that will allow you to select the fields you wish to include on your report. The options are:

Option 1  — Your Field Picks gives you more detailed information and allows you to customize the fields to include on your report. When selecting "Your Field Picks" from the screen below (Figure 17), this will allow you to select additional fields you want included in your report.

Option 2  — Company Contact information, UIIA Status information and Insurance.

Option 3 — Company Contact Information and Primary Insurance Expiration Date.

Option 4 — Company Contact Information, All Insurance Expiration Dates & UIIA Status.

File Type — You can set your File type to receive your document as an Excel spreadsheet or a TXT Fixed Column.

Note: On the above fields, date ranges may be utilized by using the calendar to the right of the field. The field letter C “Motor Carrier Will Become Not Approved” may be used to pull a list of motor carriers that will become invalid on a particular date or in a specific date range.

Limits — Use this section if you wish to find motor carriers with a particular limit on Auto, General liability or Cargo coverage.

Area — To pull a report by specific states, region, ports or states serviced, click on the field description to select the specific parameters. Please note that we will initially be requesting that motor carriers begin providing information relating to the regions, ports and states they service .

Company Profile — This section is more detailed information on the Motor Carrier’s Company.

Equipment Type — This section goes into more detail on what type of equipment, how may drivers that the companies have and what kind of cargo they haul.

Once you have added all the information for your report, click on "SUBMIT REPORT REQUEST," then click "OPEN."
