Equipment Provider Details

Once you have logged in successfully, the initial screen will be the Equipment Provider Details Screen. This screen will show all of your company's contact information, addenda Information, insurance requirements and any additional requirements you may have.

Account Information

From the navigation bar above, you can click on "Account Information."  On this screen (Figure 5) you can update your company contact information, and change your company’s address, phone, fax and email address.

You can update or add a Billing Address for billing purposes only (if different then the main contact address). You also can change your company password to login to the site under " Login Details."

To change text size, press Ctrl + (Control & Plus keys) to increase, Ctrl - (Control & Minus keys) to decrease and Ctrl 0 (Control & Zero key) to reset. (For Internet Explorer 7.0 and up, Firefox & Safari)
