To Edit A Saved Certificate
To edit a certificate that you have saved, but not yet submitted, click on SAVED CERTIFICATES on the navigation bar. A list of companies that you have saved certificates for will be shown on the initial screen. Click on your insured's company name on the Motor Carrier Selection Screen (Figure 21).

The next screen (Figure 22) will display any certificates that have been saved for this specific insured. Click on the Certificate No. of the certificate you wish to edit.

The selected certificate will come up with the information that was previously entered and saved on the certificate. At this point, you have the following options:
- Proceed with Submitting the Certificate
- Add New Policies to the existing certificate
- Delete the Certificate in its Entirety
- View the full Smart Checklist for the Certificate — if you have forgotten what is wrong with the certificate, you can view the Smart Checklist to see what the problems are.
- Delete a specific policy from the certificate.
- Edit one or more of the individual policies contained
in the certificate. To edit an individual policy:
- Go to the specific policy on the certificate you wish to edit and click on the EDIT button above the policy.
- Enter any changes you wish to make.
- Make sure you press the SAVE POLICY button above the policy.
