1. If Master User for the Account (Figure 3, below), user will login in with:
   1. Account Number
   2. Password (No user name is required)

2. If Secondary User for the Account (Figure 4, below), user will login in with:
   1. Account Number
   2. User Name (this is setup by the Master User of the Account)
   3. Password

Note: If a user forgets their password, they can click on the "Forgot Password?" link and enter their account number. The password will be sent via e-mail to the Master User on the account.
