Login to the Website
To begin, go the Equipment Provider login page on the UIIA website by clicking here, enter your company SCAC code and Password, and then click the "Login" button.
Retrieve Lost Password
If you do not know your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen (Figure 2).
Enter your company scac code (Figure 3) and click "Submit." The password will be emailed to the email address we have on file for your company.
