Update Insurance Agents Information
The screen below (Figure 18) allows you to manage the insurance agents that have authorization to provide insurance on behalf of your company. Your company will have an Insurance Agents Code that you will need to provide to your agent in order for them to submit insurance information online for your company.
- You can Remove an Agent who no longer handles your coverages by clicking the check box under Remove Agent.
NOTE: Please make sure that your new insurance policies are in place before removing an agent from your list.
- You can change your Insurance Agent's Password by typing in the new password. Confirm the password you typed is correct then click Change Password to save it.
Note: Agents that are Shaded in Red do not have any active policies on file for your company.
